Economy service aims to deliver within 10 days

Standard UK Delivery aims to deliver within 3 to 5 Working Days from dispatch

We expect this service to take 3-5 working days. If you are out when delivery is made, a calling card will be left to inform you of what to do next. Please note over Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year period delivery can be delayed and this is out of our control. If there are delivery delays that are out of our control we cannot be held responsible. Also, please note that for orders to Northern Ireland you need to select Northern Ireland as your shipping selection, failure to do this will result in an extra payment charge.

Priority UK Delivery - aims to deliver within 1-2 Working Day from dispatch

This service aims to deliver within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or after 11.0am on a Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day. If there are delivery delays that are out of our control we cannot be held responsible. Please note that for orders to Northern Ireland you need to select Northern Ireland as your shipping selection, failure to do this will result in an extra payment charge. Please contact us immediately if the courier fails to deliver your item

Please note: The following postcodes may take longer than 24 hours to deliver. These locations include Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and may take between 2 and 7 days, depending on location and incur additional postage costs: HS1-HS9, IM, All IV, KA27-KA28, KW, PH, ZE, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61-PA78, PA80-PA88, TR21-TR25.

International Delivery - price and delivery time varies

The services we use aim to deliver to most countries within 10-15 working days, although it is usually much quicker. You must select the correct shipping and delivery country when asked at the checkout. If you have entered an incorrect country and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will automatically re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order, and contact you for further information and payment. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days but we must allow a minimum of 30 days before the courier will consider it missing in transit. Sometimes there are delays in customs which are out of our control so please be patient as we are unable to treat it as a missing in transit order until 30 days have elapsed. Due to the size and weight of some products, we are unable to ship certain products to non UK addresses. Please contact us if you are unable to process your order. Shipping prices vary from country to country and Customs and Excise charges will be not be payable by Roo Beauty. Please Note: Any additional charges for clearance and duty become the responsibility of the stated recipient.

Price & availability errors 

We endeavour to keep information accurate and reliable at all times. However, on occasions some information provided may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracuies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise for any errors relating to product details, prices or availability. If an error has been made we reserve the right to suspend your order and to contact you to ask wether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods or delivery services at the incorrect price.
